At the Rica Rokk Bar in Brugge, the client wanted to bring the loudspeakers to life visually. In another very unique application of DML technology, Amina provided custom picture panel loudspeakers painted with a special reflective paint. The loudspeakers are a major part of the stunning effects inside Rica Rokk. Rica Rokk is yet another of the many bars that double as night clubs in the evening. As a result, space is at a major premium. SPL levels are high, but very importantly need to remain within the Belgian regulation maximum of 96dB. To be found exceeding this limit very quickly leads to closure by the strict Belgian authorities. The panels not only give the owners a very unique talking point, but the sound level generated is perceived as being very high, but actually measures within regulations. © Amina Technologies Ltd.
